The four-poster bedroom.
Always a big hit, this bedroom boasts a king-size
four-poster bed built from solid oak and dressed
with ivory linen. The flooring is sea-grass matting
with soft sheepskin rugs and the room has an open
fire and river views.
The Victorian bedroom.
This room has a double bed, wardrobe and antique
dressing table, plus river views, an open fire
and Axminster carpet on Victorian floorboards.
The pink bedroom.
This room has two single beds, an open fire and
a wonderful Victorian 'Gothic' window overlooking
Redcliffe Gardens.

There is also a separate toilet
with washbasin on this floor.
The Garden.
Facing south and fabulously sheltered, the garden
is an excellent place for fishing, swimming or
just relaxing in the sun. As well as the barbeque,
there is a large garden table with six chairs
on the riverside terrace. The perfect spot for
dining with friends and family on lazy summer
evenings.
The house is heated throughout
by storage heaters with the addition of open fires
in all living rooms. Gas and electricity, coal
and logs are included in the rental price as are
bed linen and towels. We also provide you with
cleaning materials and equipment.

There
are spare blankets and hot-water bottles in all bedrooms
should you need them. A cot and high chair are available
on request.
The duvets and pillows are all feather, but we are
happy to substitute hollow-fibre if any or all of your
party have problems with allergies.
Parking for two cars is available at
the house. For details of where else to park please
contact us. All cars are parked at the owners' risk.
On arrival you will find tea, coffee, milk and sugar
as well as a home made cake, scones or biscuits.
